The Objective

Darlyn.activewear is a Thai activewear brand that actively leverages TikTok LIVE as a consistent driver of revenue. After seeing strong initial results from their livestreams, the brand set out to scale their success further and unlock additional Gross Merchandise Value (GMV) growth.

The Strategy

Rather than experimenting with entirely new approaches, the team doubled down on their best-performing format: livestream sessions.

The brand increased investment in LIVE GMV Max, raising their budget allocation by 78%. LIVE GMV Max is an automated ad solution that optimises liveroom traffic by showing ads to users most likely to watch and engage. This allowed the brand to reach a broader pool of high-intent viewers and strengthen visibility during peak moments.

The team also anchored their approach on a few key best practices as scaling was not just about spending more, but about executing with precision:

  • Campaign duration: Run campaigns for at least 3 days to give the system enough time to explore and optimise performance.

  • Sufficient budget: Follow the system's recommendation, or set a budget that is 2 to 3 times higher than historical LIVE ads.

  • Realistic goals: Set a reasonable ROI target based based on past LIVE performance.

  • Consistency: Maintain consistent livestream timing and duration to build a predictable audience and improve performance over time.

With these foundations in place, increased investment translated directly into stronger results.

The Result

By scaling their investment and following the best practices, Darlyn.activewear achieved significant growth across key metrics. Compared to their baseline period, the brand recorded a 119% uplift in GMV, a 64% increase in LIVE page views, and an 84% growth in orders.

For Darlyn.activewear, success came from recognising what worked and scaling it with confidence.
