        What service packages can I choose from?

        We have various service packages to choose from, depending on your timeline, budget, and project needs. For example, the "net-new" service package will pair you with a creative partner to film a campaign video video from-scratch. The "remixed" service package will pair you with a creative partner to TikToks based off of your existing assets and past videos.

        We also have a few beta service offerings available, including a service specifically for mobile gaming clients and a TVC service specific to clients who have existing television advertisements that need to be converted into TikTok-native assets.         All of the creative partners in this program are certified TikTok creative service providers, who are familiar with making native TikTok videos that align with current trends.         What steps in the creative process can I expect to do within the TikTok Creative Exchange platform?

        The platform will support all major steps in the process, including:

        How would I get matched with clients through TikTok Creative Exchange?

        Once the customer submits their project brief, they will have the option to select a creative partner for the project. Our recommendation algorithm takes into account an array of factors about the customer's project, including their industry, timeline, preferences, and target markets. We also factor in each partner's available capacity, expertise, and past performance to determine which partner to recommend for each project. During the partner selection stage, customers will always have the option to select a different partner than the recommended to them.

        What are the expected project timelines for this program?

        The timeline for each project begins when the partner accepts the project from a client. At the beginning of each project, the partner will receive a scope-of-work document that outlines the target deadline to complete the project.

        We offer various service packages through the TikTok Creative Exchange program. For net-new projects, in which the partner is expected to film the video from-scratch, the turnaround time to deliver assets is 28 calendar days. Our repurposing service has a shorter timeline of 14 calendar days. We are also in the process of beta testing a couple of new offerings in the platform: One is a service specifically targeting mobile gaming customers and the other is a TVC service aimed at customers that have existing television ads that need to be converted into TikTok friendly ads. Our program is constantly introducing new service packages to meet the needs of our growing clientele, so please reach out if you would like to be included in our future offerings. Please note that these timelines are a minimum turnaround time, since clients will have the opportunity to provide a preferred delivery date when they submit their project brief.
