List of features on the Transactions Page

The transactions page contains all of your transactions to provide details on your spending. On this page, you can access information about transactions and download invoices and records.

Transactions

The transactions section contains all payments that have been made on this account. This section contains:

  • Transaction time: The accurate time and date that the payment happened.

  • Payment method: The payment method information, for instance, the type of card and the last four digital numbers of the card, where the payment happened.

  • Document: The successful payment invoice.

    • You can click the ⬇️ button to download the invoice.

  • Status: The real-time status of the transaction.

    • Success: The payment has been successful. By hovering your cursor on View details below the transaction status, you can check details of the Transaction Breakdown of the successful payment.

    • Processing: The payment is processing. When you click View Details, you will be directed to the check-out desk.

    • Failed: The payment failed. By hovering your cursor on View Details below the transaction status, you can check the exact reason for the failed payment.

  • Amount: The exact transaction amount including tax.


Ad credit

The Ad credit section contains records of ad credit and coupons for this account. This section contains:

  • Transaction time: The accurate time and date that the promotion is issued or expired.

  • Transaction type: The type of promotion, including Ad Credit and Coupon.

  • Status: The status of the promotion when the operation happened.

    • Issued: The promotion is valid and added to the account balance for use.

    • Expired: The promotion is invalid and withdrawn from the account balance.

  • Amount: The promotion amount.


Other fees and transactions

The section contains records related to card verification fees, transfer between Business Account and TikTok Ads Manager account, if applicable, and refunds. This section contains:

  • Card verification: This is a card verification fee charged by the system to verify the validity of the card when you bind cards on TikTok Ads Manager or Business Center.

  • Card verification refund: This is the verification fee that will be refunded automatically if the card is valid.

  • Transaction time: The accurate time and date that the Card Verification or Card Verification Refund is charged or refunded

  • Transaction type: Card Verification or Card Verification Refund.

  • Details: The payment method information, for instance, the type of card and the last four digital numbers of the card, where the verification/verification refund happened

  • Amount: The fee amount charged/refunded.

Note: Card verification invoice: The card verification fee is a test transaction. It is a temporary check to assess the trustworthiness of the card and is automatically reversed. The funds do not leave your bank and are never received by TikTok For Business. It is not classed as an actual transaction for accounting purposes and due to this, invoices are not issued for either the test or the refund.


Increase Balance/Decrease Balance

The Increase Balance/Decrease Balance section only applies to the TikTok Ads Manager that Business Center manages. This section contains:

  • Transaction time: The accurate time and date that the transfer happened.

  • Transaction type:

    • Increase Balance: The allocation from Business Center to Ad Account.

    • Decrease Balance: The allocation from Ad Account back to Business Center.

  • Details: The information of the Business Center account, including account name and account ID, that this transfer is increased from or decreased to.

  • Amount: The transfer amount.


Refund

The Refund section only applies to accounts using Manual payment or Automatic payment. This section contains:

  • Transaction time: The accurate time and date that the transfer happened.

  • Transaction type: Refund.

  • Details: By clicking View Refund Details, you will be directed to the refund information page.

  • Amount: The refund amount.

To download the transaction record, go to the record page you want to export, adjust the date range (no longer than 31 days), and click the Export button. The record will be downloaded in excel form.
