Specifications for customizing an Instant Page

When you create an Instant page, you can customize the Instant page with seven different components. The only components that have requirements for the supported format and file size include videos, images, and carousels.

The Instant page supports the following file formats and sizes:

  • Images:

    • Supported Image format: JPG, JPEG, PNG

    • File Size: Up to 2MB

  • Videos:

    • Supported Video format: MOV, MP4

    • File size: Up to 100MB

  • Carousels:

    • Supported Video format: MOV, MP4

    • File size: Up to 100MB
