You can make changes to ad groups and ads after they've been created and while they are running. You can also edit the name and budget for campaigns, ad groups and ads.
Changing certain settings will cause the ad or ad group to go under review again. The ad delivery will not be affected.
After a campaign, ad group or ad is created, you can only make changes to:
Campaign level: Campaign name and budget.
Ad group level: Ad group name, audience targeting, budget & schedule, and bidding & optimization setting.
Ad level: all settings can be changed.
Certain campaigns, ad groups, and ad settings are unable to be edited after creation. If you decide to change Conversion event at the campaign level, existing ad groups and ads information will be reset.
To edit ad settings:
Locate your ad in TikTok Ads Manager.
Go to the Campaign page.
Select the Campaign, Ad group, or Ad tab.
Find the specific campaign, ad group, or ad you wish to modify, hover over it and click the pencil icon to make your changes.
All changes will be automatically saved as drafts. If you're unable to save, check whether the number of drafts has reached its limit. If that's the case, delete unnecessary drafts and try again.
