Admins in Business Center can remove Business Center partners at any time. Business Center partners can be removed for reasons like the completion of a collaboration, the partner no longer needing access to ad accounts and assets, or a change in business needs.
Ensure you have added at least one partner to your Business Center.
Ensure you are an Admin for the current Business Center.
Log in to your TikTok Business Center account.
On the left side menu, click Partners.
Click the partner you want to remove.
Your navigation will vary depending on your Business Center type and how your partners are organized:
Direct Business Center: Select the partner directly from the partner list.
Agency Business Center: The steps to find your partner depending on how your partners are organized:
If all your partners are organized by Company, click View details in the Action column for the relevant Company, then select the Direct Business Center.
If all your partners are not organized by Company, select the Direct Business Center from the Business Center list.
If you have a mix, your Partner page will have two tabs: Companies and Other accounts. Navigate to the correct tab to find and select the partner.
On the partner detail page, click Delete.
Click Delete to confirm the removal.
Once partners are removed from the TikTok Business Center, they will no longer have access to the assets or accounts that were previously assigned to them. This means they will not be able to view or manage any ad accounts, or other resources associated with the Business Center.
