How to remove your HubSpot integration from TikTok Ads Manager

You can remove your integration with HubSpot from TikTok Ads Manager at any time. Your previously synced leads between TikTok and HubSpot will not be impacted if you disconnect your HubSpot integration. No new leads from TikTok will be synced to your HubSpot account after removing the HubSpot integration.

How to remove your HubSpot integration from TikTok Ads Manager

To remove your HubSpot integration from TikTok Ads Manager:

  1. Log in to your TikTok Ads Manager account.

  2. Go to the Tools section and select Leads in the dropdown menu.

  3. Click the Connect CRM button at the top of the page.

  4. Search for HubSpot and click Directly Connect.

  5. On the access confirmation page, click Disconnect on the HubSpot section.
