There are three main ways to request an account review on TikTok Ads Manager, each their own use case. Continue reading to see which method is right for you.
If you've created a new URL for your Company Website, or realized there was a mistake with any of your 'Business Information'.
Access Your 'Account Setup' page, find the section of your Business Information you wish to update, click "Edit".
Make any desired changes to your business or contact information, and click "Save". This will automatically trigger a new account review.
If you've fixed an issue with your 'Company Website', like fixing a 404 error or adding the required contact or privacy information to your site.
Access your 'Account Setup' page, and find the 'Account Status' module, then click "Request Review".
If you think the reason for your account disapproval was incorrect and your business and landing page meet our requirements for your region.
Access your 'Account Setup' page, and find the 'Account Status' module, click "Advanced Settings", then click "Appeal".
This will direct you to the customer support page, where you will select "Account Review" and then describe your issue.
