About Comment Management tool in TikTok Ads Manager

The Comment Management tool allows you to view, reply to, like, block, export, hide, and filter the comments made on your ads directly in TikTok Ads Manager. You can use these features to manage comments individually or in bulk.

You can also create a Blocked Word list to hide comments that contain certain words or phrases.

There are two ways to access the Comment Management tool on TikTok Ads Manager:

• Go to Tools and click Comments.

• Go to Campaign and click Ad Group List. Select an Ad Group, click the three dots, and click Comments.
