If you are an agency and have clients who want to set up TikTok For Business using the TikTok Integration on WooCommerce, they should follow the instructions listed below.
This selection will determine the exact steps that your client must follow when setting up TikTok For Business using the TikTok Integration on WooCommerce.
Before getting started: Your clients should determine who will own the ad account that runs their ads. We recommend using either:
An existing ad account owned by your agency.
A new ad account owned by your client.
From the TikTok Integration setup page, have your client connect their store to their TikTok For Business account.
Next, have your client create a "shell" Business Center directly from the app's setup flow. This Business Center will only serve as a bridge between your agency's ad account and your client's account.
Have your client leave the TikTok app setup page and sign into their "shell" Business Center.
From there, your client will need to request access to your agency's ad account with an Admin level of permission. To do this, they will need to know the Account ID of the ad account your agency will use to manage their ads.
Your agency will need to accept their request via the Notification Center on TikTok Ads Manager.
Once your client has received Admin permission to your agency's ad account, they should return to the TikTok Integration setup page and proceed to the ad account linking. They should now be able to connect your agency ad account to their store.
Your client should finish setting up the TikTok Integration by creating a new Pixel and syncing their catalog via the integration.

Have your client connect their store to their existing TikTok For Business account.
Next, have your client create a Business Center directly from the TikTok Integration setup flow or connect to an existing one (not run by an agency).
Your client should create a new ad account from the Business Center connected to their store or use an existing ad account that they have manually connected to their Business Center.
After connecting their store to a Business Center and Ad Account, your client should finish setting up the TikTok Integration by creating a new Pixel and syncing their catalog via the Integration.
Next, your client should log in to their TikTok For Business account and go to the Business Center they connected to their store. From there, they should give you (the agency) access to their Business Center as a Member with Operator or Admin levels of permission.
Make sure to accept their invitation over email or through your TikTok For Business notification center.
Then your client will need to give you access to the ad account and the catalog they connected to their store with Operator or Admin levels of permission.
