You can use the On/Off switch button in TikTok Ads Manager to deactivate the delivery of campaigns, ad groups, or ads at any time.
To turn ads on during ad creation:
Start creating an ad in TikTok Ads Manager.
At the top left corner, keep or turn the Campaign turned on toggle on.
To turn ads on after an ad has been created or paused:
Go to the Campaigns page from the top navigation bar in TikTok Ads Manager.
Click the Campaign, Ad Group, or Ad tab.
Click the On button next to the campaign, ad group, or ad you want to turn on.
If you turn off a campaign, ad group, or ad, your ads will no longer appear and you won't use your budget.
To turn ads off during ad creation:
Start creating an ad in TikTok Ads Manager.
At the top left corner, turn the Campaign turned on toggle off.
When the campaign is published, the campaign will remain off and will not deliver.
To turn ads off after an ad has been created or paused:
Go to the Campaigns page from the top navigation bar in TikTok Ads Manager.
Click the Campaign, Ad Group, or Ad tab.
Click the Off button next to the campaigns, ad group, or ad you want to turn off.
Note: A deactivated campaign, ad group, or ad will not be deleted permanently. A deactivated campaign will deactivate all the ad groups and ads under it. This also applies to ads under a deactivated ad group.
To check the performance of deactivated campaigns, ad groups, or ads:
Go to the Campaigns page.
Go to Ad Status and click Filters.
Select Deleted in the drop-down menu.
