How to assign account and asset permissions to an existing member

To assign account and asset permissions to an existing member:

  1. Log in to your TikTok Business Center account.

  2. Under the Users tab, locate the member to whom you want to assign permissions.

  3. In the Actions column for the member, click View.

  4. On the top right, click Add accounts and assets. Select the accounts and assets you'd like this member to access. The access levels you can assign will vary by the type of account or asset.

    • Note: You can efficiently bulk-assign permissions for multiple account and asset types at the same time to streamline your workflow.

  5. Click Save. For security reasons, you might be prompted to verify your identity.

Your members will now be able to view or manage the accounts or assets that correspond with the work they do in your organization.
