How to deactivate an Organization Account in the TikTok app
Deactivating your Organization Account offers a flexible way to step away from TikTok without losing your content. This process makes your account and videos invisible to others, but you can reactivate it anytime.
If you want to permanently leave TikTok, you will need to delete your Organization Account.
Before you begin
Ensure you are an Admin of the Organization Account.
How to deactivate an Organization Account in the TikTok app
To deactivate an Organization Account in the TikTok app:
Log in to the Organization Account in the TikTok app.
Tap Profile to go to your profile homepage.
Tap the three dashes icon in the upper right corner.
Tap Settings and privacy.
Tap Account.
Tap Deactivate or delete account.
Choose Deactivate account.
Review the information about account deactivation and tap Deactivate.
If prompted, follow the on-screen instructions to verify your identity.
On the final confirmation screen, tap Deactivate to finalize the request.
