Linking your TikTok One and Business Center
Once logged into TikTok One, click on the top right avatar. Then press "Business Center info" and click "Start linking." This can only be completed by an admin/owner of TikTok One (not a user with operator/analyst access).
There are four scenarios that may occur when you connect your TikTok One account to a Business Center account. Please follow the scenario that matches your use case.
Scenario 1: TikTok One owner is a member of a Business Center Account and requests access
- If you have admin access to a Business Center account, the options will show up under Join an existing account. Click "Next"
- You will then have the option to select which Business Center account you want to connect to. You can select an account from the drop-down menu or, if the correct account doesn't show up, you can click "Switch to search" to manually look for accounts based on the TikTok Ads Manager ID or pixel ID associated to a Business Center.
Please note, in order to join a Business Center account, it must
- Have the same business name as your TikTok One account.
- Be registered in the same region/country as your TikTok One account.
- Click "Join." Before pressing "Confirm," please note the following restrictions:

- Once connected, the accounts cannot be unlinked.

- The Business Center owner can proactively send an invitation to the TikTok One account to link accounts via allowlist.
- Once allowlisted, clients can send an invitation to link to a TikTok One account via the Business center by selecting "add account". This invitation will show up on the top of the "Business Center info" tab. Click into the invitation to view more details.
