The Ad Account Health page in TikTok Ads Manager shows how well your ad account aligns with TikTok's advertising policies in the last 30 days. You can use this page to see the account health status of your ad account, get details about outstanding issues, and find suggestions to improve your account health.
To see your Ad Account Health page, go to TikTok Ads Manager and click Account Settings.
Your ad account health status may be one of the following:
Good: Your ad account complies with TikTok's advertising policies. You don't need to take any actions.
Attention Needed: Your ad account needs attention to comply with TikTok's advertising policies.
Poor: Your ad account doesn't comply with TikTok's advertising policies. Your account is suspended and you can no longer run ads with this ad account.
Your ad account health status might change from Good to Poor without going through Attention Needed due to payment issues or other risks associated with your ad account. Learn more about why your account might be suspended.
If you have an Attention Needed or Poor status, we'll show you more details about the issues with your account. You can click on each policy category to see which ad groups didn't meet our advertising policies, then click View ad group details to see the specific violations you'll need to fix. Policy categories include Prohibited content, Restricted content, and Ad format and functionality.
For example, you can click Restricted Content to see which ad group violated our Restricted Content policy, and then click View ad group details to see more information about each ad group and specific violations.
If you don't see any account health details about a specific ad group , your policy violation may have occurred before the most recent 30-day window, or the ad group may have been deleted. You can also see specific recommendations to improve your account health in the How to keep your account healthy section.
