Upon successfully switching to a Verified Business Account, you must still follow TikTok's Community Guidelines. If our systems detect violations to those guidelines, your TikTok account may be entered into a re-verification period. During this period, you would lose access to features exclusive to Verified Business Accounts and potentially lose your verification status unless your TikTok account becomes re-verified.

Age and market restrictions: All content will be restricted to age-appropriate audiences and the market where the content was originally posted.
Legal compliance: You are responsible for ensuring all content complies with applicable laws and regulations, including any necessary disclosures or disclaimers.
Prior permission: TikTok may require prior permission for the promotion of certain regulated goods and services.
Verification and transparency
Verified Business Accounts feature a Verified badge in the Business Suite within the TikTok mobile app. This badge guides you to a details page that provides a comprehensive overview of your verification details, including the verification date, your verified business name, and any approved regulated industries, such as Alcohol. This feature provides transparency and confirms your authorization to post content related to regulated goods and services.

To reinstate your business verification
If your TikTok account loses the Verified Business Account status, you will receive a notice in your account inbox that you have lost access to tools exclusive to Verified Business Accounts. You will also be provided information on how to regain access to those tools and instructions on how to find the violations. You can find violations by going into your TikTok app, clicking your profile, and in Video Gallery looking for the "Restricted" label on your post(s).
For a TikTok account that has been verified manually, your account will enter a 30-day trial period during which it must have 0 violations to be re-verified. On the 31st day, you will be notified about the restoration of your verification status.
Any violations during the re-verification period will revoke your verification status and you will need to verify your TikTok account again. Learn how to verify your Business Account.
