About recommended metrics in the campaign list
Recommended metrics is a smart feature in the TikTok Ads Manager campaign list that automatically suggests and displays the most relevant performance indicators based on your campaign setup. This helps you focus on what matters most, saving you time and aligning your analysis with expert-backed best practices.

Availability
Recommended metrics are currently being rolled out in TikTok Ads Manager. If you do not see recommended columns in your account, it may not be available for your region or account yet.
How it works
Recommended metrics work in the background and require very little setup. Follow these steps to see and manage them on the campaign list：
Go to the Campaigns tab in TikTok Ads Manager and open the campaign list.
Look for columns marked with an asterisk (*) in the header. These are recommended metrics that have been automatically added when they are relevant to your current campaigns and filters.
Adjust your filters or the Time selector as needed. Recommended columns refresh automatically when you change filters or the time period so you always see the most relevant metrics.
Hover over a recommended metric's column header to open the tooltip. Use the tooltip to review what the metric means.
You can manage recommended columns by removing them individually or disabling the feature entirely.
To remove a single recommended column, hover over the column header to open the tooltip and select Don't show this column.
To permanently disable all recommended columns, click Customize columns in the reporting table and switch the Recommended Columns toggle to Off.
Note: If you turn the Recommended Columns toggle back on, the feature will reset and generate new recommendations. Previously hidden columns will not be remembered.
To manage recommended metrics in bulk, click Columns above the table to open the Customize columns panel. Recommended metrics are pinned at the top of your selected columns list and marked with an asterisk.
When you are happy with your setup, you can save it as a template or export data. Saving a template turns active recommended metrics into regular columns in that template (they lose the asterisk and stop updating automatically). When you export data, any recommended metrics that are visible in the table are included in the exported file.
