The video upload for LIVE GMV Max is a new feature that enables you to directly upload video creatives for your LIVE GMV Max campaigns.

Optimize GMV through enhanced creative supply: You can increase the volume and relevance of your creative supply, directly impacting your campaign's success.
Accelerate creative exploration: The creatives uploaded directly through campaign creation are prioritized compared to standard uploads via your TikTok Ads Manager account.
Simplify ad management: It offers a streamlined and integrated workflow, making it easier for you to manage your creative assets and optimize your campaigns efficiently. Additionally, uploaded videos can be used as ads only, providing flexibility in your advertising approach.
Monthly upload limit: You can upload up to 50 videos at one time and up to 10,000 videos monthly per account. Video upload won't work for videos larger than 100MB.
Additional permissions: You must have both upload permissions and ad permissions for the selected TikTok account.
Video review: All uploaded videos are subject to a 4-minute pre-review process before they can go live. If a video is rejected, it'll be visible in video-level reporting where you can analyze the issue and rectify it for approval.
Note: It is recommended to upload videos relevant to the upcoming LIVE, such as teaser videos.
