How to access Leads data on Instant Forms
Instant forms is a landing page feature that allows you to collect leads directly within TikTok. The lead data from your instant form will be available for you to follow up with your prospective customers.
Before you begin
Please note that TikTok Ads Manager only stores lead data for 90 days.
Only users with Admin permission are able to download and manage leads.

How to access Leads data on Instant Forms
To access leads data on instant forms:
Log into TikTok Ads Manager.
Click on Tools.
Click on Instant Page.
Hover over the Instant Form.
Click Download Lead Data.
The leads data will include all the leads that were collected from that Instant Form, even if it was used in multiple ads.
