Ad Account Information FAQs
How can I close my ad account?
To close a self-serve ad account, log in to TikTok Ads Manager and go to your Account Settings page. From there:
1. Toggle the Advanced Settings menu under Basic Information.
2. Click on Close Account.
Your account will be closed, and the remaining balance in the account will be sent back to the card within 60 days. If you are using the automatic payment method, you must first pause all ad groups for at least 3 hours for settlement purposes before closing your account. The system will deduct the entire remaining balance from your credit card before deactivating the account.
Can I edit the time zone, country/region, or currency in my ad accounts?
No. Time zone, country/region, and currency cannot be edited. We suggest that you create another account for another time zone, country/region, or currency.
How can I edit the primary contact?
You can edit your ad account's primary contact information from the Primary Contact module on TikTok Ads Manager's Account Setup page.
Can I reopen a closed ad account?
At the moment, it is not possible to reopen a previously closed TikTok Ads Manager Account. You will have to create a new Ad Account.
Where can I view my ad account's information?
You can find this information under your Account Settings on TikTok Ads Manager.
1. For account and contact information, click the avatar icon (your profile picture) at the top right corner and select Account Info from the drop-down menu. Here you can view your ad account's information.
2. For payment information, click the avatar icon at the top right corner and select Payment from the drop-down menu. Here you can view your payment information.
How do I add an admin to my ad account?
You can use TikTok Business Center to give someone Admin permission to your TikTok Ads Manager account.

Where can I find my ad account ID number?
You can find your ad account ID by following these steps:
1. Log in to the TikTok Ads Manager platform.
2. Click on the button with your username at the top right corner next to the language icon.
3. After clicking the button, all of your linked accounts and their ID's will appear (the identification number has a 19-digit standard format).
