Audience sharing lets you leverage audience data from different ad accounts to target in campaigns. Business Center enables you to view the shared audience history directly. You can view the details of the shared audience, like the shared time, shared or received by which ad account, and more. Reach out to your TikTok representative to learn more about participating in this managed accounts program. Audience sharing between accounts within a single Business Center is turned on by default. The recipient ad account must have operator or admin access to the Business Center.
Note: Ad accounts have to be under the same Business Center in order to be shared.
Audience Sharing lets you share the following types of audiences:
Custom Audience: Created from Engagement, App Activity, Website Traffic, Customer File, or Partner Audiences.
Lookalike Audience: Created from specific ad accounts in the same Business Center.
Note: Certain audiences outside the Business Center can be shared if they meet the requirements of the non-standard audience sharing managed accounts program. You cannot share the audience from suspended ad accounts.
