How to change the ad account permissions for your Business Center partner

To manage access to your Business Center, you can adjust permissions for your partners to control who can view your ad accounts.

Before you begin

  • Ensure there is an admin in your Business Center account.

Note: Only admins from your TikTok Business Center can change partner permissions. This means the admin must be part of your Business Center, not a partner admin.


How to change ad account permissions for your Business Center partner

  1. Log in to your TikTok Business Center account.

  2. On the left-side menu, click Accounts.

  3. In the Advertiser accounts tab, select the desired ad account.

  4. Click Filter and click Owned by this Business Center.

  5. In the Action column for the ad account you want to change permissions for, click View.

  6. Click Partners.

  7. Click Share with partner.

  8. Select the partners you wish to share permissions with.

  9. Select the ad account permissions you wish to grant to your selected partners:

    • Admin

    • Operator

    • Analyst

  10. Click Confirm.


Your partner will now see the shared ad accounts in their TikTok Business Center account until access is removed or changed.
