Troubleshooting billing
If the automatic deduction on your account's primary payment method fails, the system will automatically try to complete the transaction using your account's available payment methods.
You can check any outstanding balance on your account's payment page and review the reason the payment failed. Once there is an outstanding balance on your account, the system will pause your campaigns and suspend your account.
To pay an outstanding balance, follow the instructions for paying outstanding balance in TikTok Ads Manager or paying outstanding balance in Business Center.
