When you create ads in Tiktok Ads Manager, you may have to pay an outstanding balance.
How to pay outstanding balance in TikTok Ads Manager
Go to TikTok Ads Manager.
Hover over the Tools tab at the topSettings and click Account setup.
Under Settings, click Finance.
Click Payment in the left-hand menu.
Click Pay Now on the page banner.Pay Now.
If you have any failed payments, go to Transactions and find the records of the failed payment, then click Pay Now.
