When you create ads in Tiktok Ads Manager, you may have to pay an outstanding balance.

How to pay outstanding balance in TikTok Ads Manager

  1. Log in your TikTok Ads Manager.

  2. Hover over the Tools tab.

  3. Under Settings, click Payments.

  4. Click Payment in the left-hand menu.

  5. Click Pay Now on the page banner.

  6. If you have any failed payments, click Transactions and find the records of the failed payment, then click Pay Now.
