About Customer File audiences

You can create a Customer File custom audience by uploading a list of leads or customers. When you upload a .csv or .txt file to your TikTok Ads Manager, TikTok will search for users on the platform that match the provided IDs. After matching, a custom audience will be created, and your uploaded file will be promptly deleted.

The audience manager page in TikTok Ads Manager displays the size of total matched users. This helps you get a better understanding of the presence of your audiences on TikTok. Only opted-in people can be reached with a TikTok campaign.
