Bulk Import & Export is a tool in TikTok Ads Manager that allows you to quickly edit large numbers of ads at the same time. You can export your ad settings in a spreadsheet, make the changes, and import them into Ads Manager all at once.

Before you begin

The following are examples of editing scenarios supported by the Bulk Import feature:

• At the Campaign Level: Campaign Name, Campaign Budget

• At the Ad Group Level: Ad group Name, Targeting (Audience, Gender, Age), Delivery Schedule, Bid, and Budget

• At the Ad Level: Ad Name, Ad text, Profile image, and new Creative.

Edit ads with Bulk Import and Export

To edit your ads in bulk:

1. Go to TikTok Ads Manager.

2. Go to the Campaign tab.

3. Select Campaigns, Ad Groups, or Ads you want to edit.

4. Click Bulk export/import.

5. Click the Export Ads icon to export your ads into a spreadsheet.

6. Open your spreadsheet and make your desired changes. Remember:

   • Do not edit your Campaign ID, Ad Group ID, or Ad ID fields. The system uses these IDs to identify your ads and it will be unable to edit your ads if these fields are changed.

   • Do not delete any required fields as this will cause your file to fail to import successfully.

   • Do not delete any columns or adjust the headers of your exported file as it will be unable to import properly.

7. When you're finished, save your file. You can now import your spreadsheet to Ads Manager.

Import your spreadsheet to TikTok Ads Manager

1. Go to TikTok Ads Manager.

2. Go to the Campaign tab.

3. Click Bulk export/import next to the Create button.

4. Click the Import Ads icon.

5. Upload CSV or Excel File.
