Max delivery optimization
Access to GMV Max ads is limited to one ad account per TikTok Shop at a time. This ad account needs to be the primary ad account of the shop, as assigned in TikTok Seller Center. If another ad account is assigned as the primary ad account of the shop, access to the shop's GMV Max ads will be revoked from the previous primary ad account and any existing GMV Max campaigns for the shop in the previous primary ad account will be paused. Do note that it is possible for the same ad account to be assigned as the primary ad account of more than one shop at a time.
If the primary ad account has no active GMV Max campaigns, there will be no impact on active ads in this or other ad accounts. Once the primary ad account turns on GMV Max campaigns, even if no GMV Max campaign is within its active schedule, other GMV Max campaigns can be created at any time in this ad account, subject to the same restrictions outlined above, until and unless the primary ad account of the shop is changed.
Once the primary ad account has at least one active Product GMV Max campaign, any existing Video Shopping Ads or Product Shopping Ads created in TikTok Ads Manager which uses the same products as the Product GMV Max campaign will be paused or impacted, regardless of which ad account the Video Shopping Ads or Product Shopping Ads were created in. As long as a Video Shopping Ad has at least one of its products included in the active Product GMV Max campaign, the Video Shopping Ad will be paused. If a Product Shopping Ad has multiple products, then the products which are included in the Product GMV Max campaign will be removed from Product Shopping Ads delivery, while the products which are not included in the Product Max campaign may continue to be delivered via Product Shopping Ads. Once the Product GMV Max campaign ends, the system will not automatically restart the Video Shopping Ads and Product Shopping Ads, but you may choose to manually restart the ads.
Once the primary ad account has at least one active LIVE GMV Max campaign, any existing LIVE Shopping Ads created in TikTok Ads Manager for the shop's official TikTok account will be paused, regardless of which ad account the LIVE Shopping Ads were created in. Once the LIVE GMV Max campaign ends, the system will not automatically restart the LIVE Shopping Ads, but you may choose to manually restart the ads.
Do note that if the shop's official TikTok account is disconnected from the shop, is disconnected from TikTok Business Center, or is disconnected as the TikTok Business Account of the ad account, the shop's LIVE GMV Max campaigns using this TikTok account may be paused.
