How creators can cancel a project in TikTok One
As a creator, you can cancel your participation in a project in TikTok One while it's in progress or after a video is posted by an advertiser.
How to cancel a project in TikTok One
To cancel a project in progress:
Log in to your TikTok One account.
Navigate to the project process page.
In the top right corner, click the three dots.
Click Cancel the order.
A cancellation request will be sent to the advertiser. The advertiser has 7 days to approve or decline the cancellation. If the advertiser does not respond within 7 days, the cancellation request will be automatically processed.
To delete a video after it's been posted:
Log in to your TikTok One account.
Navigate to the video page.
Click Delete.
The advertiser will receive a notification of the request. Once the advertiser agrees, you'll be able to delete the video.
