How to access transactions

When you add a balance to your account using manual payment or complete a payment using automatic payment, we will create an invoice and send a copy to your account's primary contact's mailbox within five working days.

Note: Automatic payment clients in Japan are issued an invoice for a monthly period. Clients in Brazil can expect the e-Invoice (Nota Fiscal - NF) to be available on TikTok Ads Manager by the 20th calendar day of the month following the payment date.

Before you begin

You must have a Tiktok Ads Manager account.

How to Access Your Transactions

Take the following steps to access your transactions in Tiktok Ads Manager.

1. Log in to TikTok Ads Manager.

2. Go to the Tools tab.

3. Click Payment.

4. Click Transactions.
