How to adjust Account Optimization Score Email Preferences

If you are enrolled in Account Optimization Score, you will have default access to receive Account Optimization Score email notifications to the email address registered with your TikTok Ads Manager account.

The emails provide you with a seamless experience from email to TikTok Ads Manager, and the flexibility to customize notification preferences for Account Optimization Score suggestions for your TikTok campaigns.

How to adjust Account Optimization Score email preferences

To adjust your Account Optimization Score email preferences:

1. Go to TikTok Ads Manager

2. Hover over Tools at the top of your dashboard, and click Recommendation center.

3. Click View insights on an Account Optimization Program Recommendation card.

4. Click Set email notification.

5. Within Email notifications, click Edit to change email frequency.

6. Click Save to finalize your changes.
