How to change your primary ad account in Seller Center

Your primary ad account is an ad account connected to your shop that is accessible in the Ads dashboard. You can change your primary ad account in Business Center without affecting the ads in any of your ad accounts.

Before you begin

• Make sure your primary ad account is connected to the same Business Center as your TikTok Shop.

How to change your primary ad account in Seller Center

1. Sign into the Seller Center for your TikTok Shop.

2. Click Shop Ads in the left-hand menu. If you're in the U.S., you'll need to click Marketing in the left-hand menu first.

3. Click Manage account.

4. Go to the Ad account section and find Primary ad account.

5. Click Change primary account. You'll see the Shop and TikTok accounts connected to this ad account.

6. Click the dropdown and choose a new ad account.

7. When you're finished, click Confirm.
