How to create an email domain allowlist in TikTok Business Center

TikTok Business Center is a central space to manage your business and advertising on TikTok. The email domain allowlist limits access to your Business Center to only members with an approved email domain.

Before you begin

• Only Business Center Admins can add email domains to your email domain allowlist.

How to create an email domain allowlist

To set up an email allowlist:

1. Log in to your TikTok Business Center account.

2. Click Business Settings.

3. Click Settings.

4. In the Security section, click Add for allowed email domain list.

5. Enter the approved email domain(s). You can enter various email domains, such as xxx.tiktok.com.

6. Select whether you want this to apply to Only admins or All members.

7. Click Confirm.

Note: If you have already added members outside of your approved email domains, you'll have the option to remove them at any time.
