How to integrate Google Sheets in Leads Center
With Leads Center, you can transfer leads data collected through your organic lead generation forms, direct messages, and paid Messaging Ads directly to your CRM platform.
Note: This feature is currently in testing and not available to all advertisers.
Before you begin
Before you integrate TikTok lead generation with Google Sheets, make sure you have:
Your Google Drive login credentials and editor access to the specific Google Sheets for integration.
A TikTok Ads Manager account and admin access to that account.
At least one Instant Form in your TikTok Ads Manager. Learn how to create an Instant Form in TikTok Ads Manager.
Note: You don't have to have a live campaign to create an Instant Form.
Step 1: Select your CRM and authorize access
Open TikTok Leads Center.
Navigate to the Instant Form page and click on CRM setup.
Under Find your CRM, select Google Sheets from the list of CRM options.
Select TikTok Direct Integration and click Confirm.
To apply permissions, click on Confirm Permissions to allow TikTok to access your Business Account. You will be directed to the Lead Connecter permissions page.
Under Access Your Ad Account For, select the ✔ icon on the following 3 boxes:
Ad Account Management
Creative Management
Lead Management.
Click Confirm. The Authorize success notice will appear once access is successfully granted. You can manage your permissions at any time within the TikTok for Business user settings page.
Within the Connect to a CRM system page, you should see Permissions granted with a green check mark displayed next to your Business Account name.
Link your Google Sheets account by clicking Sign in to Google Sheets. This will direct you to a Google sign-in page.
Select the Google Account you are connecting with.
Click Continue to sign in to your Google Account.
Select Continue to allow TikTok Ads Manager to access your Google Account.
The platform will connect to your Google account. When the connection is complete, an Action complete notice will appear. Click Next to select a form for mapping.
Step 2: Select Instant Form for mapping
Select the Instant Form that you would like to map to Google Sheet.
Select the check icon on the disclaimer box to acknowledge your consent to use email and SMS contacts. Click Next.
Click on Choose a spreadsheet from your Google Drive to select the spreadsheet from your Google Drive that you would like to map your Instant Form to and click Next.
Step 3: Map fields and sync leads data
Select the Worksheet within your selected Spreadsheet.
Scroll down to the Set Form Field Mapping section. Map the corresponding fields from your TikTok Instant Forms data with the Google Sheets data using the dropdowns.
Click Next after all necessary data fields are mapped.
Click Yes, send test data to test your connection and preview how the actual lead will look. A notification will appear once your data is successfully sent. Open up your Google spreadsheet to view the transferred leads data.
