How to link an official account to your TikTok Shop in Seller Center

Your official account is a TikTok account linked to your shop that officially represents your verified business or shop. You'll need an official account to create content for your products and drive traffic to your shop.

Before you begin

• Each TikTok Shop can link only one official account.

• The same account cannot be linked as both the official account and marketing account of the same shop at the same time.

• You can change the official account up to three times.

How to link an official account to your TikTok Shop in Seller Center

When the link is approved, you can go to the Official account page in Seller Center to view your official account's avatar, username, nickname, mobile phone number, and information about the official account link. You'll be able to create content that will promote your products and link to your TikTok Shop. If you change the name of your shop, your official account name will also change automatically.

The TikTok account will automatically be upgraded to Business Account after a linking relationship is established with a shop. Learn more about TikTok Business accounts.

You'll need to wait 24 hours until you can unlink your official account from your shop.
