Zuletzt aktualisiert: March 2025

Sending back events data to TikTok can help to yield higher-quality leads that are more likely to convert. Learn more about signal postback for lead quality optimization.

Before you begin

Make sure you have admin credentials for your Leadsbridge and CRM accounts and admin access to your TikTok Ads Manager account.

How to postback signals through Leadsbridge

Step 1: Create a CRM event set

  1. Log in to TikTok Ads Manager.

  2. Hover over Tools, then select Events to enter Events Manager.

  3. Click on Connect data source.

  4. Select CRM as the data source.

  5. Create a name for the CRM event.

Step 2: Set up your CRM connection with Leadsbridge

  1. Log in to your Leadsbridge account.

    1. Create a new bridge.

    2. Select your CRM as source.

    3. Select TikTok conversion as a destination.

  2. On the source, select an existing account or create a new integration. Authorize and log in to your CRM.

  3. Use the appropriate selection from your CRM to choose the settings.

  4. Next click on connect TikTok conversion to choose an existing TikTok account or create a new integration.

  5. Choose an ad account.

  6. Select CRM Event in the event type

  7. Choose the appropriate time for syncing. We recommend syncing as often as possible so that the data is received in real time.

  8. Choose the appropriate usage type and click Continue.

  9. Map the required fields and click on Save and Publish. Note: Lead Status is required. At least one of Lead Id, Email, Phone or Click Id is required.

Step 3: Map your CRM events to TikTok standard events

  1. In TikTok Ads Manager, hover over the Tools tab and select Events.

  2. Click on Data sources in the left navigation.

  3. Click on the CRM event you just created. Note: It can take up to 4 hours to show the data postback.

  4. You need to map the Custom Events to the Standard Events on the right.

If you don’t find the matched Standard Events on the right column, it can mean:

  • Your event is already mapped to Standard Events.

  • There’s no suitable Standard Events to map to.

We recommend to postback Standard Events because only Standard Events can be used to optimize conversion, and can be tracked and used in measurement reporting.

Step 4: Validate the postback setup

  1. In TikTok Ads Manager, hover over the Tools tab and select Events.

  2. Click on Data sources in the left navigation.

  3. Click the CRM event set that you just created.

  4. Observe if the data has flowed into attributed events. It might take 10 minutes for data to sync. If the matched events number is greater than 0, then the postback data has started to come into TikTok, and the configuration is complete.
