Last updated: March 2026

Revoking a partner's access to an ad account in TikTok Business Center is a straightforward process that allows admins to maintain control over their advertising collaborations.

Before you begin

  • Ensure you are an Admin for the current Business Center.

  • Ensure you have shared access to an ad account with the Business Center partner.

How to remove a partner's access to an ad account

  1. Log in to your TikTok Business Center account.

  2. On the left side menu, click Partners.

  3. Click the partner that you have shared access to an ad account with.

Your navigation will vary depending on your Business Center type and how your partners are organized:

    • Direct Business Center: Select the partner directly from the partner list.

    • Agency Business Center: The steps to find your partner depending on how your partners are organized:

      • If all your partners are organized by Company, click View details in the Action column for the relevant Company, then select the Direct Business Center.

      • If all your partners are not organized by Company, select the Direct Business Center from the Business Center list.

      • If you have a mix, your Partner page will have two tabs: Companies and Other accounts. Navigate to the correct tab to find and select the partner.

  4. In the You've shared tab, find the ad account you want to remove.

  5. Click the trash can icon in the Actions column for the ad account.

  6. Click Confirm.

After removing a partner's access, you can review the ad account's settings and permissions to ensure alignment with your current business objectives.
