A marketing account in Seller Center is a TikTok account that is connected to your Shop. Any marketing accounts connected to your Shop can be used to promote products. When you request authorization from a marketing account, you'll be able to use posts and LIVE events from this account in your Shop Ads without paying direct affiliate commissions. You can request authorization from a Marketing account in your Seller Center Shop Ads account settings, or when you choose ad creative for a new Shop Ads campaign.
You'll need to connect at least one marketing account to your shop.
To request ads authorization from a marketing account:
Log in to Seller Center.
Click Marketing.
Click Shop ads.
Click Manage account.
Go to Marketing TikTok accounts and find the account you want to authorize.
Click Get permission to generate a QR code.
Open the TikTok app and log in as the TikTok account you want to authorize.
Scan the QR code and confirm the authorization.
To request ads authorization from a marketing account when you set up a GMV Max campaign:
Log in to the Seller Center.
Go to Marketing.
Click Shop ads.
Select Create GMV Max ads.
In the Ad creative section, click Review accounts.
In the Unavailable section, click Get permission.
A QR code will appear.
Open the TikTok app and log in as the TikTok account you want to authorize.
Scan the QR code and confirm the authorization.
The selected TikTok account's posts and LIVE events can be used as ad creatives to promote your products without direct affiliate commissions. If you need to authorize additional accounts, repeat the process.
