How to set up automatic payments for monthly invoicing

If you use the monthly invoicing billing option, you can set up automatic payments for your unpaid invoices.

How to set up automatic payments for monthly invoicing

1. You can set up automatic payments for monthly invoicing from three pages:

   1. Business Center:

      1. Log in to Business Center.

      2. Go to the Finance tab and select Invoices.

      3. Select Set automatic bill payment rule under the unbilled amount.

   2. TikTok Ads Manager:

      1. Log in to TikTok Ads Manager.

      2. Click Payments under Settings.

      3. Select Set automatic bill payment rule in the Amount due message.

   3. Successful payment pop-up:

      1. After you've made a successful payment, you'll get the option to choose Set automatic bill payment rule.

2. Choose the payment methods you want to use for your monthly invoicing automatic payments.

   1. Only online payment methods that support automatic payment are accepted.

   2. The auto deduction date is based on the payment terms according to your contract and it's non-editable.

3. Click Submit. A confirmation page will appear.

4. When you refresh, you will be able to see a countdown timer on your outstanding invoices.
