How to set up monthly invoicing

Monthly invoicing is a billing option available on TikTok Ads Manager and Business Center that allows you to use a credit line extended by our finance team to pay for your advertising costs.

Before you begin

To be eligible for a credit line, you must meet the following conditions:

• Maintain an active TikTok Ads account in good standing for a minimum of six months, including a positive payment history.

• Ensure continuous activity and meet regional spending criteria.

• Hold valid business certifications.

Note: If you meet the conditions above, you will see the Apply for a Monthly Invoicing button on your payment page.

How to setup monthly invoicing

From TikTok Ads Manager:

1. Hover over Tools.

2. Click Finance.

3. On the Payment page, click Apply for Monthly Invoicing.

4. Fill out a credit line application with the following details:

   • Basic information

   • Credit related application

   • Applicant information

5. Click Submit.

From the Business Center:

1. Click Finance.

2. Click Payment management.

3. Click Apply for Monthly Invoicing.

4. Fill out a credit line application with the following details:

   • Basic information

   • Credit related application

   • Applicant information

5. Click Submit.

How to check the application status

The status of your monthly invoicing application will be displayed on the payment management page of each of your ad accounts or Business Center accounts. If the application is rejected, you will get a notification and can apply again. For more information, contact your account manager or sales representative.

Application approval

Once we approve your credit line application, you can begin spending. If you have any questions about your credit line, contact your account manager or create a ticket with customer support.
