2-step verification is a security feature that requires an additional verification step to sign into your TikTok for Business account. You can turn this off anytime.

How to turn off 2-step verification

To turn off 2-step verification:

  1. Use your TikTok for Business account to sign in to TikTok Ads Manager.

  2. Find your user profile and click User settings.

  3. Click Account Security.

  4. Click the checkbox next to the active verification method you wish to turn off.

  5. Read the instructions, then enter your password and click Next.

  6. You will receive confirmation that the 2-step verification method has been turned off.
