How to unlink an Organization Account in Seller Center

You can unlink your Organization Account in Seller Center by following the steps below.

Note: Once you unlink your Organization Account, you will not be able to log in to it via the verification code obtained from Seller Center unless you re-link the account. Unlinking from Seller Center will not affect the linking of the Organization Account to other TikTok business platforms, if applicable. The unlinked Organization Account will remain active on the TikTok platform, where other users can visit its profile and engage with it. Additionally, the unlinked Organization Account and its information will be retained for your organization until you confirm the termination of your use of TikTok service or request account deletion. If you request account deletion, we will delete the Organization Account information in accordance with applicable laws.

Note: Organization Accounts in Seller Center are only available in certain regions.

Before you begin

• Ensure that you have set up an Organization Account in Seller Center.

• Ensure that at least 24 hours have passed since you linked to an Organization Account.

• Ensure that you have not previously unlinked your Organization Account 3 times.

How to unlink an Organization Account in Seller Center

To unlink an Organization Account in Seller Center:

1. Log in to Seller Center.

2. Go to My Account.

   • Depending on your account’s configuration, you may see My Account by clicking your profile icon in the top right of the dashboard, or in the left-hand menu.

3. Click Linked TikTok Accounts.

4. In the Official account tab, click Unlink.
