How to upgrade to TikTok One

Upgrading to TikTok One enables advertisers to easily transfer their existing data from TTCM and TTCC to TikTok One. To ensure a smooth transition, advertisers must first authorize the transfer.

Note: TikTok One is currently in Alpha testing for select regions. Learn more about TikTok One.

Before getting started

You must be granted access to upgrade to TikTok One. Please reach out to your TikTok sales representative.

Steps to upgrade to TikTok One

1. Initiate the migration process by clicking on the top banner upon logging into TikTok Creative Challenge or Creator Marketplace.

2. Once initiated, a pop-up will appear, prompting you to agree to TikTok One terms and conditions.

   
   
   

3. Finally, you will see a prompt to authorize the data transfer.

   
   
   
   

   1. Historical data transfer for TikTok Creator Marketplace includes:

      • Historical campaign information & data

      • View and edit the historical campaigns in TikTok One

      • Account verification

      • Assets such as Anchors and Brand Profiles

        • Adjustments made to existing Anchors on TikTok Creator Marketplace and TikTok One will be reflected on both platforms.

        • Brand Profiles will undergo a one-time transfer; any subsequent changes made to a Brand Profile in either TikTok One or TikTok Creator Marketplace will not be reflected on the other platform.

      • Payment account and information: Your payment account and information will be available for TikTok One and TikTok Creator Marketplace to utilize.

   2. Historical data transfer for TikTok Creative Challenge includes:

      • Historical campaign information & data

      • View and edit the historical campaigns in TikTok One

      • Account verification

      • Challenge collaborators: Teammates you invited to challenges
