The video upload for LIVE GMV Max is a new feature that enables you to directly upload video creatives for your LIVE GMV Max campaigns.

Before you begin

  • You must be able to select an available TikTok identity.

  • You must have video upload and ad permissions.


How to upload a video for LIVE GMV Max

  1. Start setting up the LIVE GMV Max campaign.

  2. Scroll down to Ad creative, click Manage.

  3. On the pop-up, click on Upload at the top-right corner.

  4. In the LIVE source, select the Shop account to upload the videos for.

  5. Click Next.

  6. In Upload Video:

    • Select creatives: You can either drag and drop videos here or upload them directly from your computer.

    • Validate: The videos are automatically validated. You'll see a list of your videos and which ones have successfully passed the validation check. After reviewing, click Next.

    • Finish video: "You can add a description for each or all videos and see the preview on the right-hand side.

  7. Click Save.

You can check the uploaded videos under Manage creatives tab.
