How to view leads transferred to your Business Center

Leads collected from an agency ad account can be transferred to a Business Center. This ensures that brands have access to leads generated from lead generation campaigns from within their own Business Center.
Note: Only the admin of a Business Center can transfer or download leads.
How to view leads transferred to your Business Center
To view leads:
Log in to TikTok Business Center.
Click on Assets.
Click on Leads.
In My Account, click on the Go to Leads Center icon.
In Leads Center, you can view the leads, assign leads to members, or click on the Download icon.
Once the leads have been transferred, they'll only be available in the brand Business Center.
