Do ad credits expire?

How do I get a promo code for ad credits?

TikTok For Business will occasionally offer credit as incentives for promotional campaigns. These promotional credits are subject to change and may differ by region.

Be sure to check out the TikTok For Business Blog and your TikTok Ads Manager dashboard for updates on future promotional programs.

How can I redeem a promo code?

If you have a promo code, you can redeem it within the Promotion page under Payment in your Account Settings.

How do I know my promo code was successfully added?

You'll need to activate the code by its expiration date and also meet the requirements laid out in the promotional material. Once your promotional code is activated, you will see a progress bar on your TikTok Ads Manager menu. After claiming your ad credits, you can view the balance on the Payment page.

How can I transfer my account balance to another ad account?

To transfer funds, you'd have to close your account, which will trigger an automatic refund within 60 days.

Once you have received your money, you can add it to another ad account.

Why can't I use my ad credit?

Please check that your ad credit is not expired.
