To get your account approved, you can request an account review directly on TikTok Ads Manager. You can also make an appeal if you believe your account was wrongly disapproved.Note: Editing your account information will automatically initiate an account review.

How to request an account review

If you've fixed an issue with your company website, such as a 404 error or added the required contact or privacy information to your site, you can request an account review.To request an account review:

1. Go to the Account Setup page.

2. Find the Account Status module.

3. Click Request Review.

If you think your account disapproval was incorrect and your business and landing page meet our requirements for your region, you can make an appeal.To make an appeal:

1. Go to the Account Setup page.

2. Find the Account Status module and click Advanced Settings.

3. Click Appeal. This will take you to the Customer Support page.

4. Select Account Review and describe your issue.
