Product GMV Max campaigns use videos from your TikTok accounts to create ads optimized for product sales. When you create a Product GMV Max campaign, your ads will use videos from your:
TikTok official account connected to your shop
TikTok business account connected to your shop
Authorized TikTok account connected to your Shop Business Center
Authorized Spark Ads posts in the ad account running your Product GMV Max campaign
ACA (Affiliate Creatives for Ads)
To make creative assets available for your Product GMV Campaign, you'll need to grant permissions for each account you want to use.
When you've connected your accounts and set up the correct permissions, you can make videos available for Product GMV Max the following ways:
Add more TikTok accounts in Business Center
Add more Spark ads posts into your GMV Max campaigns
Add custom posts into your GMV Max campaigns
Click the Accounts tab in the Business Center connected to your shop.
Select TikTok accounts sub-tab on the right.
Click Add a TikTok account.
Click the Request ad delivery permissions and generate the QR code.
Use the TikTok App to scan the QR code. This will allow the new account to access the Business Center connected to your shop.
Go to the campaign editing page.
Click Manage creatives.
Click Add posts and choose Add video codes.
Go to the campaign editing page
Click Manage creatives
Click Add posts and choose Add custom posts
Note: You can enable to add product anchor links to videos for both running or new campaigns under Manage Creatives. As long as you activate only show in ads setting, these public videos will not appear on your TikTok profile.
Click xx TikTok accounts to view all available TikTok accounts, from which Product GMV Max will automatically retrieve videos.
In the authorized posts tab, you can view videos that have been automatically fetched from available TikTok accounts and Spark Ads posts uploaded into this ad account.
