About TikTok Creative Exchange for advertisers

The TikTok Creative Exchange (TTCX) is a creative partnership solution that allows you to quickly produce and deliver large volumes of creative content. The platform helps you find the right creative vendor to collaborate with and create branded content based on your creative needs.

Types of Creative Offerings

The platform provides two different production services, Video Content Packages (VCP) and Creator Led Packages (CLP). Within these two services, you get access to the following packages:

Net New (VCP)

Producing new video content featuring one or more talents. The Creative Partner manages the entire process, from conceptualization to final delivery.

Remix (VCP)

Editing existing brand or agency-owned assets to meet TikTok's creative standards, including resizing, adding subtitles, and other modifications.

Fixed Packages (CLP)

Offering a set number of videos hosted by TikTok creators based on your budget and campaign needs.

Customized Packages (CLP)

Available for clients requiring specific creative outputs or higher video volumes, tailored to meet unique campaign needs.

Add-on services and subscriptions:

  • Add-on services: Enhance your creative packages with customizable options for greater campaign flexibility. These services cater to advertisers seeking tailored advertising approaches on TikTok.

  • Subscription: For continuous creative support, subscribe to launch always-on projects with your preferred creative partner.

  • Fully funded creatives: TTCX may fund standard packages for advertisers meeting specific requirements. Note: Eligibility is determined on a case-by-case basis. Contact your account manager for more details.


Migration to TikTok One Partner Exchange

TikTok Creative Exchange functionality is in the process of being migrated to TikTok One under the name Partner Exchange where it will be further enhanced in the TikTok One platform. Advertisers are encouraged to transition their account and data to TikTok Partner Exchange by logging into Creative Exchange and following the directions in the top banner when available to you.
