The TikTok Creative Exchange (TTCX) is a creative partnership solution that allows you to quickly produce and deliver large volumes of creative content. Learn more about TikTok Creative Exchange.
To use TikTok Creative Exchange:
Login with your TikTok for Business Account. Learn about linking a personal TikTok account with a TikTok for Business account.
Select Advertiser.
Click Continue.
Click Create new order from scratch.
Create your brand profile by clicking Add brand, or Edit brand profile that you've added.
Brand name and logo are required.
All other fields are optional.
Add your Contact information.
Email and name are required.
All other details are optional.
Choose your brand profile relevant to the order you're submitting for.
Select your TikTok Ads Manager ad account.
Enter Project details.
Click Next.
Select Video Content Package or Creator Led Package (offering varies and is unique per region).
For VCP, select whether you require brand new assets or remixing existing creative and proceed to select the relevant package. If add-ons or subscription is required, select your add-ons and/or subscription plan.
For CLP, directly choose the relevant package. If add-ons are required, select your add-ons.
Finalize Package Selection details, agree to the terms, and review the order summary before proceeding with partner selection
Click Next.
Select a Partner.
Find the relevant partner from the recommended list or click view more for more options and invite the creative partner.
If there are no partners shown in the recommended list, you may contact your TikTok sales representative for further support.
Note: Advertisers must select partners before an order is submitted, unless you are located in a region where partners are manually assigned. If unsure which partner to select, please save the order as a draft and reach out to your TikTok sales representative.
Click Submit.
Once a partner accepts the project, partners will be able to schedule a kickoff call and deliver assets to the project.
Deliverables: Partners to add kickoff call notes (when applicable), upload files, and videos.
Approve partner's request to complete project.
Sync your final creatives into TikTok Ads Manager and launch your campaign.
To continue to qualify for funded creative packages, please ensure that your activated assets meet min spend requirements based on your package and add-ons (whenever applicable) selections.
Click Write project review on the main My Projects page.
