There are two ways: when a user clicks the "Product Link" in your video and lands on the product detail page, or when the user visits the Product Showcase tab on your TikTok profile page. The "Product Link" will only be visible to users in their local region, while your video will be visible globally.

Advertisers in the UK and Indonesia can put paid support behind their organic videos featuring product links with Spark Ads, where the product links will appear on the video in lieu of a Call To Action. Advertisers in the US and UK can put paid support behind their organic videos featuring product links using the Promote feature.
We will display a list of Business Centers where you have admin access. You may connect to an existing Business Center Account by clicking Connect. If you do not have a current TikTok Business Center or prefer to use a new one, you may click Create/Create New to create a new account.

Yes. You can view your sales directly from your Shopify analytics and offsite data in Store Manager. To track sales in this way, it's first important to install the Shopify Pixel. The Shopify onboarding flow will guide you through creating/connecting a pixel to your website such that we can track conversions resulting from traffic to your storefront. Please consult your customer support team for more details.
